CLARIFICATION OF THE PURPOSE OF TOWN MEETING AGENDAS ON THE WEBPAGE

As noted in the April 19, 2001 Special Town Board meeting, Town meeting minutes and town meeting agendas shall be posted for citizen convenience only. The notice requirements of WI Stat. 19.84, shall continue to define the legally required notice of meetings, and required postings in the three designated sites in town shall continue.

The monthly meeting of the Springdale Plan Commission will be held on Monday, February 28, 2005, at 8:00 p.m. in the Springdale Town.

AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/PUBLIC INPUT/POSSIBLE ACTION:

1. Call to order, 2. Minutes of previous meetings,

3. M. Lotta/Sec. 36/Spring Rose Rd./final plat,

4. Resolution for discontinuance of Johnson Rd.,

A majority of the Town Board may be in attendance. Public comment may be invited on any agenda item presented.
